About us

My name is David Miller, for most of my life I have been known as Dusty. I learnt my trade as an apprentice in a large local firm, who sent me to college for 3 years. I passed my exams and felt it was time to move on. After a while I decided to start up on my own. I now have an established business of my own, making traditional furniture. We offer individual service, to the selective buyer who wants something unique.

We use traditional methods, cutting and setting the barring, then cutting the glass individually, and securing with putty.

Veneering is a long established traditional skill, selecting veneer preparing and creating unique patterns.

Our machinest and cabinet makers all work to a high standard, as well as a team of skilled polishers. Each piece of furniture is individually coloured and finished off by hand.

We offer a wide range of stock pieces, or we can likewise custom build furniture to your requirements. We also carry a small selection of top quality traditional English antique furniture.
